Co-Founder

Sergio is the Co-Founder of We Amplify Properties, where he brings a design-led perspective to real estate investment. With a background in creative direction and innovation, he has a sharp eye for uncovering potential others often miss—reimagining properties with clarity, purpose, and long-term value.
Driven by a belief in design as a strategic tool, Sergio leads with vision, guiding the firm’s intentional approach to every project.
